Pure titanium plates can be divided into three types: hot rolling, forging and cold drawing. The specification of hot-rolled pure titanium plate is 5.5-250mm. Among them: 5.5-25 mm small pure titanium plates are mostly supplied in straight strips, often used as titanium alloys, bolts and various mechanical parts; pure titanium plates larger than 25 mm are mainly used for manufacturing mechanical parts or making seamless titanium Tube blank.
The physical and mechanical properties are different. Due to the difference in chemical composition and strength of titanium alloys, there are differences in physical and mechanical properties. The cold bending performance of the pure titanium plate is better, it can be used as a 180-degree hook, and the threaded titanium can only be used as a 90-degree straight hook; the weldability of the pure titanium plate is better, and ordinary carbon electrodes can be used. Use low-alloy electrodes; threaded titanium is better than pure titanium plates in terms of toughness and fatigue resistance.
The difference between Grade 7 Titanium Sheet and other titanium alloys: 1. The appearance is different. The appearance of pure titanium plate is smooth and round, without lines and ribs. The bonding force of titanium alloy is small, while the bonding force of other titanium alloys and concrete is large. 2. The composition is different. Pure titanium plate (first-grade titanium) belongs to ordinary low-carbon titanium, and other titanium alloys are mostly alloy titanium. 3 The strength is different, the strength of pure titanium plate is low, and the strength of other titanium is high. The plasticity of the titanium alloy is stronger than that of other titanium alloys, that is, the pure titanium plate has a large deformation before being broken, while the deformation of other titanium alloys is much smaller before being broken. 4.
