Grade 2 pure titanium foil manufacturing process

The manufacturing process of Grade 2 pure titanium foil is mainly divided into three major steps: refining, casting and rolling:

Refining high-purity titanium ingots: The raw materials are refined by electronic brazing to remove impurities and improve purity.

Melting and casting: The melted and refined titanium ingots are made into qualified titanium ingots through processes such as sputtering and cooling.

Rolling into foil: Titanium ingots are rolled repeatedly to make titanium foil products of the required thickness. The rolling process is strictly controlled to ensure the foil is pure and smooth.
